Suitable to use GLUETEX Hotmelt adhesive
tapes are Ultra Sonic-, Hot Air- and High Frequency glueing
and welding machines. If there is no demand for the strengthness
of the joining con-cerning the stretching of the fabric, you
can use not reinforced tapes.
For awning fabrics where especially the warp will be stressed
from the arm tension or wind influence influence, the glueing
machine needs an additional device to pre-stretch the fabric
before glueing. The result is, that the appearing forces will
be taken from the almost stretch free glued joints, respectivly
the Hotmelt tapes. |
